The Rocket Group’s involvement in the Tour of Missouri races began in the early planning stages of the events in 2007. We designed all of the online web tools used to promote the event before, during and after the races took place. At the high point of activity during race week we were connecting the live event with tens of thousands of fans in more than half the countries of the world. We also introduced Facebook and Twitter feeds to the live event for one of the first uses of these platforms in Missouri.
The website was named ‘Best of Show’ for interactive at the 2007 Mid-Missouri Addy Awards in 2008. A larger view of the site can be seen on our Facebook portfolio page.
